I’m Nancy and I am so happy you stopped by! I’m a wife, mom of two amazing boys, special education teacher, and design addict. I have lived for design for as long as I can remember. As a child I would redecorate my room over and over, and I always had a craft or sewing project going. For many years I have been designing and decorating our homes and am finally taking the leap to document this new home adventure in the form of this blog. I am starting with a relatively blank canvas, a brand new builder spec home. Although it is nice to have a brand new home, it is beige, beige, beige, and on it’s own looks uninspiring. This was one of the last “new builds” in our dream location, a sleepy little coastal town with a charming downtown and beautiful beaches. I have never decorated a coastal home and am excited to start a new chapter in design. Join me as I marry a traditional style with a slight bit of coastal.
