I’m back from a much needed little break. Today I have a fun One Room Challenge round-up for you in case you didn’t have a chance to look at more than 200 rooms. Today’s One Room Challenge round-up of my favorite rooms is brought to you by horses.
Horses? Yes. In my little hiatus I became totally addicted to binge watching Heartland.
Amy is a horse whisperer and her grandpa Jack is a mean-old-son-of-a-gun with a heart of gold.
Ty is a bad boy turned good and happens to fall for Amy.
But the horses and the beautiful mountain backdrop are the real stars of the show. I’m addicted.
On season 4 of 10. I already feel like they are family.
Okay…on to the round-up. Please click through to the original source if you would like to pin.
Up first is my friend Susie’s room from The Chelsea Project. I adore the mix of texture and interest she created in this room while staying true to her traditional style.
Coco from The Crowned Goat made over her master bedroom and she had me totally hooked when she painted her concrete floors. Amazing. I adore this space.
This next room has such a great mix of French and Regency. I love the touches of whimsy too. Linda from The Home I Create did such a great job!
Leslie from The Leslie Style created a room that is so spectacular it is hard to pick one photo to feature here. You have to look at the fireplace. Seriously. Incredible.
Shannon from AKA Design is one of my favorites. I subscribed to her blog long ago and loves what she does in all her spaces. Her kitchen makeover is stunning and comfortable and for real people. Love it!
This bathroom by Christina’s Adventures is a jaw dropper. I predict it will be one of those viral Pinterest bathrooms we will see for months to come. It’s that gorgeous.
Sara from Twelve On Main created a cozy master bedroom filled texture and interest. It looks so relaxing and comfortable. A great space.
This next breakfast nook by Alma has been completely Almafied. It is so light and airy and for sure a place I would love to eat a meal.
I hope you loved this round-up! These rooms are so inspiring. Creating a home you love and your family is comfortable in is such a great act of love. Show these ladies some love by pinning from their pages and leave a comment if you are so inclined. It validates every blogger and everyone who puts their heart and soul into a room to photograph and share with the world.
Have a fantastic day!
