It has been a wonderful Christmas season and the New Year peeking around the corner looks to be promising. We are spending our last night up here in the frozen Midwest and will be headed to warmer weather tomorrow back home. Much to my children’s shagrin, this was the first year with no snow. We are getting to ring in the New Year with a formal dinner.
If you follow Me on Instagram you will have seen pics of my in-laws home filled with beautiful antiques. My mother-in-law always breaks out the snowmen right after we finish celebrating Christmas. Here is the centerpiece for tonight’s table.
It just wouldn’t be the same without the snowmen. The two Christmas trees are still up.
Of course, the mice are still in the grandfather clock…they aren’t ready for the party to end either.
